•  Merchant Service is not responsible for confiscated, damaged, or packages lost by carrier. If you feel you will require a special shipping service and/or insurance you MUST contact us prior to ordering to get a quote.
•  Merchant Service products are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after order is received.

RETURNS

• Unsmoked and otherwise undamaged items are returnable for a refund or credit within 14 days
